David Sticher and Jay Sticher grabbed my hijab and called me a "sand ni**er." I was going to the grocery when they attacked. David Sticher is photographed below. Jay Sticher, his 9 year old son, threw rocks. They reside at 6804 Madeline Court, Brooklyn. Sticher married, Ka Fai Chan.
