I'm so happy that I never smoked in my entire life. Can run a 5:05 mile on a 1/8 track indoors and past the guy in front by 5 seconds. Not too bad for just being 17. Can run circles around those smokers and get twice as much work done in less half the time and never take any "Slacker Rests"
